Notification bar not loading

Hi,

This problem is coming back too often and this is one of the reason I hesitate for taking a premium account. When I click to see my notification on the web, it loads to infinite…. And I can’t see my notifications. Anything to solve this?

Hi @mehoj, we’ll hep troubleshot this. Does this happen in more than one browser? Can you test in Chrome for example, to see if it loads there?

At home I am using Chrome on W11 and here at work I have Firefox on W11 also. Thanks ! :)

@mehoj would it be okay if I try logging in as you to test the notifications? The caveat is that existing notifications may be marked as seen because of my testing.

@mehoj as staff I have access, so please don’t post the password here. But I’m wondering if I can have your permission to log in and test notifications. I’m asking because if I test them that may mark them as “read” for you, so I wanted to ask first.

Thanks. Right now, in Chrome, I can see the notifications immediately when logged in as you and clicking on the bell icon. Can you tell me how to duplicate the same thing you’re seeing?

As I said, I can’t. Sometimes it does, sometimes no… I can’t believe I am the only one. It’s been 4 years I am on WordPress and I experienced this problem. I’ve seen other topic on the subject.
