  notification bar remains open when logged into wordpress site

  Jetpack: No
  Correct account: Yes

  same here buddy.
  Also made a post about it.
  Someone who commented on my thread also seeing this with all sites.
  They have sent report so I’m sure wordpress are aware…hopefully a quick fix!!

  Have the same issue. I’ve cleared the cache. I’ve logged out then closed browser, then logged back in.
