Notification Bar Won't Open

  This only happens on my laptop. I get a message that it can’t open because it is not secure. How can I undo?

  You seem to be describing either a browser related issue or a connectivity issue.

  Make sure you are running an up to date browser version found at https://browsehappy.com

  Try clearing your browser cache https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache and see the tips here https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/

  Use another browser.

  If you are not successful please provide this specific info:
  (a) Exactly what kind of device you are using to connect to the internet and to WordPress.com.
  (b) Exactly which browser (and version of it) you’re using by checking here if necessary http://supportdetails.com/
