Notification bug?

    Whenever there are people who comment on your blog or replies on your comments, surely a notification alert will pop out on your WordPress dashboard as a little balloon that turns orange on the top-right hand side of the screen.

    The problem is, it is still there after I already checked it out. Even if I logged in and out or refresh the screen, it is still there.

    It isn’t a major thing but it is still an issue. Any insights?
