notification emails

Not getting moderation emails when someone comments. Haven’t changed settings.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Have you checked in your email client spam/junk mail filter? I’ll tag this thread for a Staff follow-up. Please subscribe to the thread so you are notified when they respond and please be patient while waiting.

Hi,
Thanks, yes, not in spam. Actually, I get notified via email, but not to approve comment. Comment appears in Feedback on blog and there’s no way to get it approved as not spam. Hmmm.
-
If the “comment” is found in “feedback” then this is not a commenting issue at all. It’s a contact form issue http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact-form/ and there is a spam report button you can use.

Now we’re getting someplace, however the not spam button isn’t a choice. How am I missing it?
-
If you do not see a “not spam” link then we need to know:
(a) Exactly what kind of device you are using to connect to the internet and to WordPress.com.
(b) Exactly which browser (and version of it) you’re using by checking here if necessary http://www.whatbrowser.org/ -
-
Is that the most recent version found here http://browsehappy.com ? If not please upgrade.

Hi there,
Just to confirm, is this an issue for the feedback that you see when you go to Feedback > Feedback in your dashboard?
I see that you have quite a few feedbacks in the trash there. If the feedback was already deleted, you’ll need to hover over it and click the “Restore” link that appears there. That will take the feedback out of the trash so you can keep it.
However, keep in mind that feedbacks won’t appear publicly on your blog. Those are messages that are sent directly to you through a contact form on the blog, which is different from comments left using the comment box.
Please let me know if you have any questions about that. :)

Thanks. Yes, there was confusion about feedback from the contact form and comments in the comment box. I think it’s straightened out now. Thank you.
-
Hi,
Ugh. Not straightened out. So, how do I have a leave comments form at the bottom of the blog post and not just a tiny leave comment at the top left of the blog? -
Hi musikgartenofanoka, if you click on a particular post and scroll to the bottom, you should see the Submit Comment box there. Is this what you were referring to?

On the front page of your blog at http://musikgartenofanoka.wordpress.com/ you’ll see a link to leave a comment to the top left of each post.
If you go to that individual post, though, you’ll get the full “Leave a Reply” box to submit a comment at the bottom of the post. You can see an example at the bottom of your latest post: http://musikgartenofanoka.wordpress.com/2014/04/29/4-easy-ways-to-practice-steady-beat-with-your-child-and-why-its-important/
Your blog only has a contact form if you specifically add a contact form to one of your posts or pages: Contact Form
