Notification emails

The emails that get automatically sent out to followers when a blog post is published seem to have stopped. Please can anyone advise how I turn them back on?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Type the email addresses of those who are not receiving the emails in their normal format here. The software will redact (hide) them so only Staff can see them. Then type modlook into the sidebar tags on this thread for a Staff follow-up.
