Notification Emails now in Spanish instead of English

I have subscribed to comments on a blog post, and the notification emails have recently changed from English to Spanish — not the comments themselves, but all other text in the email (i.e. the email is titled ‘Nuovo commento’). The site is in English, and previously the notification emails were also in English.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
According to your subscription history you only subscribed to that site an hour before posting here. Are you subscribed using a different username or email address?
An on which post are you subscribed to comments? According your the subscriptions for your account you aren’t subscribed to any comments on a particular post, making it a bit hard to investigate this.
