  I had just noticed that starting from yesterday, the notification icon on my ‘admin bar’ followed suit into a bell.

  So my suggestion is, how about bringing back the old notification icon (the red/orange star/plus/bubble)? I guess it’s more noticeable/encouraging/fun/informative than an ever-pale bell with a tiny dot. Cheers!
