notification icon placement

  My notification icon at http://de.wordpress.com is misplaced at the moment. I’m talking about the speech bubble in the blue header. It’s slightly moved to the bottom. Looks strange.

  Am I the only one affected? Couldn’t find any other topic, so I thought I’ll ask here.
