Notification is not working

  Hi! Can anyone please help what I should do to fix my notification bell related problem. I cannot check comments on my blog from my readers because the notification is not working. As soon as I press on the yellow dot on the bell (on top right of the page) it freezes. How can I fix it please? Thanks millions. Enkhe
