  How do I let people know when there is a new post on my page? I suspect it’s possible, but I’m stumped. I think people should be able to register and then get an e-mail when there’s a new post, right? But how??
  Please help.

  You can set up a feedburner account and they can subscribe to it through a link you would put into a text widget. It actually sends your post to them. Go to http://www.feedburner.com/fb/a/home for more information about doing this.
