Notification takes to long to open

  Dear WP Support Team,

  It’s been 2 days I face this problem:
  notification—on the upper right of admin bar—takes too long to open (rotating busy icon).

  I’ve already do the following—many times:
  • Clearing internet cache
  • Sign-in/sign-out
  • Restart browser
  • Restart computer
  And the result… NONE!

  What should I do then?

  Note:
  About a month ago, I do have almost similar problem like this, which notification indicator are always active (orange colored), even though I clicked them several times.

  Did both of this issues related each other?

  I wonder what its need to get the help from wp support team, neither in this forum nor emailing them directly, i got no answer!

  is this forum abandoned already?
