Notification to me of a new subscriber

  I used to get an email notification whenever my blog got a new subscriber. Now I don’t. How do I set this up?

  This page > Settings > Discussion is where you set up defaults for comments.

  E-mail me whenever
  Anyone posts a comment
  A comment is held for moderation
  Someone likes one of my posts
  Someone reblogs one of my posts
  Someone follows my blog

  Click “save changes”

  I have that setting checked, and always have. But no longer receive the notification. Was surprised today to see that there are quite a number of new subscribers over the past month. Will make a point of checking my spam folder.
