notification to my followers after updates old posts

  Need some help to solve this issue:
  Some of my followers receive a notification after an update of old(er) posts, like renaming a photo. I did not enable “Send an email when a post or page changes.” in Settings – Email Post Changes.

  Do you have some advice for me to solve this?
