notification to my subscribers

  On my last two posts, when I published, the acknowledgment page did not say (as it usually does) that notification was sent to my subscribers. I am just confirming that email notification was sent out.

  Site email subscriptions should be working and I have been receiving them for all the WordPress.com blogs I am subscribed to. I subscribed to your blog to see if I will get a notification when you send your next post. Could you reply back here when you do?

  I also tested adding a new post on my test blog and I could see a notice that said, “X subscribers have been sent a copy of the post.”

  Just added a new post (8:20 AM EST). I think notifications are working. Let’s hope.

  I got your post titled “Skin” A-ok. No problems here.

  You should add a subscription to a test email address if you haven’t already. That way you could keep tabs on it that way too. Or, we can always check things out if you ask for help here. :)

  I’m not sure why the acknowledgement was missing the subscriber part for you. That worked in a few tests I ran. Is it still missing for you?

  Thanks for the help. Don’t know why the subscriber notification is missing from acknowledgment, but it is clear that subs are getting them…good idea about the test subscription. Thanks for checking this for me.
