Notification When Someone Subscribes To Your Blog

I have an Email Subscribe option for my new blog. When someone clicks it, they automatically get an email update when I make a new blog post in the future.
Am I able to be notified when someone subscribes to my blog, though? Would be great to get an email update for new subscribers and their email addresses, etc.
