  My notifications button is not working. Whenever I log-in to my accounts, it showings there are pending notifications not viewed by me. But, on clicking the button, it simply keeps revolving and never shows me any notification. I don’t know how to fix it so as to view my notifications.

  Hi there!

  Can you confirm the address of the site you’re working on?
  What browser are you using? Have you checked if the issue persists using a different one?
  If changing the browser helps, I’d suggest clearing the cache on the one that gives you problems. You can find here more information on how to clear the cache depending on your browser:

  Now, I have found out. When I am viewing it from my site homepage ie. vnktchari.wordpress.com, I am unable to see the notifications.

  But, when I am one my reader page, I am able to see all the notifications and approve, etc. each one of them. So, it is Okay now.

  Thanks for taking the pains to solve my issue.

  For seeing notifications under https://vnktchari.wordpress.com/ first please make sure that your browser is up to date: https://browsehappy.com/

  If it is not, please try updating your browser or switching to a different browser.

  If it is, please do these two things:

  1. Try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies.

  2. Try with all browser extensions or add-ons temporarily disabled.

  Please let us know how each step goes for you, and which browser (and version of) you’re using if you’re still having trouble.
