  Browser notifications are enabled and and all boxes are checked under all 3 drop downs.

  Ok, please make sure that your browser is up to date: https://browsehappy.com/

  If it is not, please try updating your browser or switching to a different browser.

  If it is, please do these two things:

  1. Try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies.

  2. Try with all browser extensions or add-ons temporarily disabled.

  Please let us know how each step goes for you, and which browser (and version of) you’re using if you’re still having trouble.

  Neither of those steps seemed to make a difference. I’m using Chrome version 4183.101.

  The notifications I can see are only for old sites that have been deleted. I am unable to see them for the site I am currently an admin of.

  I noticed that you renamed your site recently, so Fallintoreading.wordpress.com is a fairly new address, yes?

  I did not see that you were following your own site, so I have added you as a follower here: https://wordpress.com/people/followers/fallintoreading.wordpress.com

  Do you now see site notifications as expected?

  I see notifications for likes on my posts but I still don’t get notifications for site follows.

  It has always been like this for me since the site was launched. A friend and I are both administrators and she sees all notifications.

  Hi! I think we figured it out. And sorry we didn’t notice this earlier.

  While you are an administrator on the site, are not the site owner. So your friend gets follower notifications for her site, because it is her site. As a site administrator, you will not see those unless she forwards them to you.

  Does that make sense?

  Yes, only one site owner.

  Your friend may be able to set up an auto-forwarder that sends those notifications to you though.

  Or if she wants to transfer ownership to you, or to an email account you both share, that’s doable. Just now as far as we are concerned, there is one email, one owner.
