  Every now and then after posting it tells me that I have reached a goal… ie… 205 posts… is there a listing of these tiers and other notifications? What does it all mean?

  There isn’t a listing of the different tiers. The Instant Feedback feature increments the goal every five posts you publish, and it’s there to help you view your post after its published and motivate you to post more. :)
