Not receiving notifications even though they are turned on.

Can you be more specific? Are you not receiving e-mail notifications? Or, when you go to the Admin Bar and click “Notifications,” nothing is there?

I received a like on a post and when I went to my notifications it did not recognize or register it
also my traffic has come to a dead stop

My activity has died off and coincided with right after I recently submitted my website url to a blog looking to write for that blog

I’m still not sure what could be causing your problem with notifications. I don’t think that submitting your URL to the other blog would have anything to do with it. But was there any other change at that time, such as changing to a different web browser?
As for your traffic, if you’re using social media sites to publicize your blog, I wonder if your social media connections have disconnected. Have you checked that?
