I would like to turn off the notifications i keep getting as i write. I pause for a moment to gather my thoughts, and i get an email telling me i have changed something. In writing one short paragraph i ended up with four notifications in my email. Can i turn off those notifications without losing other notifications?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I didn’t see one that pertained to my activities. I want to be notified about things. Just not what I do. And certainly not every phrase I write.

Sure. so i start a post, and give it a title. i go down below to where the text is entered, i enter some text. I see the dashboard thingie over on the left side say saving…. in green text. i get an email. I add some more text. I hit preview . I get an email. etc. Honestly I really do know when i’ve been writing things in my blog. I don’t need to be told. but i can’t find how to turn off those particular alerts — the ones about me doing my own writing. Once i post something an email would be nice to know it successfully posted, but not every time it decides it needs to save.

Hmm, that’s strange. Notifications and alerts don’t work that way. Maybe I’m missing something but I suggest notifying the Support Staff by adding the tag modlook to the right sidebar of this topic. They’ll have an answer for this.

I found my answer. I needed to go to the admin page and then to settings and turn it off from there.
