  A person who would like to follow my blog has asked me if there’s a way she can get notifications any time I post a new blog. Is there a way I can make that happen?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi myenglishteachingsite,

  The guide @dinsanwp linked to has a couple of options depending on whether that person has a WordPress.com account or not:

  https://en.support.wordpress.com/following/

  Do you know if they already have a WordPress.com? Would they like to receive email notifications of new posts?
