notifications button not working

    Hi,
    You know the icon you click on to find out about new likes, subscriptions, etc.? Not sure what it’s called. Anyway, when I click on it, the window starts to load but never completes. This has been going on for a while now. I’m not sure what’s going on. The window for detailed statistics had the same problem a few days ago, but it’s ok now…for now. Any idea what’s happening or how I can fix it?

    Hi there. This happens to me as well at times. Usually clearing my browser cache and cookies helps: http://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/ Also make sure your flash player is up to date: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

    Another thing that could be causing this is a poor connection, so try resetting your modem/router. Also make sure the page in your browser finishes loading before you click the notification icon. I’ve found that clicking on the notifications while the page is still loading, especially in case of a poor connection, can cause the notifications to not display correctly.
