notifications from private blogs

  Is it possible to receive e-mail notifications on new posts from private blogs, by the users who are invited and follow these blogs ? We are using several of private blogs for work information exchange, but they don’t send any notifications. Can it be done somehow, so I know somebody posted ?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Every follower can set their own notification and delivery settings at http://wordpress.com/#!/read/edit/ and https://wordpress.com/?ssl=forced#!/settings/subs-delivery/ . Please check with them to see if they have the correct settings in order to receive notifications.
