Notifications if someone posts on my WordPress sites

    Is it me that has done something wrong? I do not know but since this morning it seems my WordPress site is dead to the world. My iPhone and iPad are usually full of notifications on the blogs I write daily, but today silence, until I actually go to the site. I then see that yes, I am still alive to the WordPress world, but no-one is telling me about it on my appliances. So I cheque my iPhone and iPad and find absolutely nothing wrong. I am getting notifications from other apps I have. I am writing now because it just might be that there is a problem with my site or with wordPress. I can live with this, but not happily. Please help.
