Notifications & Likes not loading

Will anyone be able to help those of us that just started having a problem with the Likes and Notifications loading? I just started having a problem with this yesterday only. I cannot LIKE anything on anyone’s pages. I do NOT have IE10 either. Why has this become an issue all of a sudden and is there an easy fix for it? I have never had a problem with this since I’ve been on WordPress. Thanks for any help.

I noticed that I can only LIKE things thru the “Blogs I Follow” area ONLY. But if I open the post to read about it, the LIKE button is still trying to load and I cannot LIKE it from their post page. I have to keep going back to the “Blogs I Follow” reader area to LIKE if from there–which is a pain and too much clicking. Please let us know what happened yesterday the reason some of us are having problems all of a sudden. And I do NOT have IE10. Thanks.

Using IE9 here and I cannot open notifications.
I have some new “likes” showing up but when I open the balloon window from my page it just sits there blank and doesn’t load.
If I open the notifications page same thing, just sits there thinking about it but never loads. It is just a blank page.
I CAN open the stats page and reader which looks/acts similar just fine, but not notifications.
Also the same as above, I can “like” a post from the reader headlines, but if I go to the article the like button just thinks about loading yet never appears.

The same thing is happening to me. :/
No notifications! I can read comments from my dashboard but the notification tab, as well as the the little notifier at the top of my screen, will not load.
I can’t like anyone’s post from their page either.
Please help!! :) -

I am having the same problem; since yesterday (June 11) the like button on my blog and others says loading, but it does not work. I am unable to “like”. Could use some help. Thanks:)

There are some news stories about wordpress changing notifications to fit with android phone apps, but no warnings for PC users I can find.

I was having the same issue, another blogger suggested using a different browser. Used Google Chrome and the issue was resolved. Now the millions of likes and followers and comments are visible!! (can someone tell me how to put a smiley face up here?)
The only difference with Google Chrome that iI noticed is that the size of the print is smaller than than IE 10.
So it seems there is an issue with Internet Explorer 10 Thanks -
The original post at the top says, “Not using IE10”, I am not using it either and still have the same problem of it not working.

Still having the same issue since yesterday. I do wish that WP would notify the people utilizing the service that there is a problem with IE10 – not all of us are Android users and I don’t intend to be one in the near future I’m tried using Chrome with the same results.
