(Had included this is New Editor thread but no reply/action so believe it needs separate action:)
NON-RECEIPT OF EMAIL NEW-POST ALERTS!! Am no longer receiving emails to my WP-registered email address ((email visible only to moderators and staff)) or as ‘follower’ to my main address ((email visible only to moderators and staff))
So how many of my subscribers are not being notified of new posts? (Have noticed stats dropping drastically)
Also, no longer getting email notifications of comments or likes.
Does it relate to ‘Home’ button issue of theme 2011? (now resolved)
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Many thanks Elizabeth (and Sheri) for your detailed help via ‘New Editor’ topic. Can only conclude problem is with UK ISP TalkTalk’s filtering, and that it’s affecting receipt of emails from 3 other websites.
I use Windows Live as email client but have also examined my TT account’s Webmail where I can’t find any sort of Whitelisting.
So I engaged their ‘Home Safe’ to cover by browsing and emails but it won’t allow use of the wildcard address you quoted. So have inserted full url addresses for as many missing websites as possible (it doesn’t allow enough!).
As found previously (2013-14), these issues are beyond capability of TT’s front-line support so have emailed their internet abuse team and pointed out their excessive filtering is no different to actions of the hackers who’d caused them severe problems weeks ago!

PS my whitelisting on Live or TT’s Home Safe proved absolutely fruitless – as expected. Hence it’s filtering issue again!

After WP engineers provided their internet routing report TalklTalk Abuse Response Team stated “I can confirm that our network team have advised that we are not blocking anything”!!
This seriously begs the questions: what, where and who is not only stopping incoming emails but also producing false reporting??? It seems to suggest presence of a pervasive cybercriminal activity. Surely someone should be able to investigate and examine. Perhaps GCHQ?
Next step is to inform UK comms regulator and Internet Watch Foundation as well as alert users/friends through national/international contacts.
