Notifications not loading

  I have performed all the recommended steps (clear cache/cookies, enable 3rd party cookies, disable extensions) except for enabling HTTPS because I haven’t found that option in my personal settings page.

  I still see the notifications not being loaded in both Firefox 20 and Internet Explorer 9. The spinning circle doesn’t go away.

  They show fine in http://wordpress.com/#!/notifications/
