Notifications Not Loading.

    Hi, I have recently started using wordpress, and sadly it makes me go into a fit of rage ! :(
    The most important part, ie, the notifications just does not Load.
    when clicked, it just shows the loading sign and nothing else. I have even tried opening it on a new page but there also it just keeps showing the loading sign :(
    I have checked on the posts regarding the same and have tried clearing the cache, but it still doesnt work.
    plus im a constant user of Chrome, nd so i even tried firefox , but on both the browsers this parasitic problem exists :(
    Plz help me out ! :'(
