Notifications not loading

    I have followed all your suggestions (reinstalled latest version of chrome, cleared browser history and cookies, javascript is enabled, tried using a different browser, etc…when I click on the ‘bell’ to read notifications, it just spins, never loads. Could it be a wordpress problem?

    Hi there,

    I just checked the notifications under your account while using Chrome and had no issues. What other browsers did you try? Have you tried a different computer or network?

    From what I see, there is nothing wrong with notifications. It is just a matter of and isolating the issue, so we can further look into this for you.
