Notifications not showing up on my iPhone

  I’ve noticed since the new update on my iPhone, new comments are not showing up on my notifications tab on my phone. I double checked that I have notifications enabled, and I’ve even tried disabling and re-enabling it. I’m not quite sure what’s causing the problem. Oh and I do have new comments and notifications on my desktop version that aren’t on my mobile version.

  Hi there!

  Sorry you’re experiencing this problem. To better troubleshoot it for you, I’d like to see the discrepancy between what you’re seeing on your iPhone screen and what you’re seeing on the Desktop screen.

  Could you take a screenshot of each and upload those images to your Media Library, so I can take a look? Just let me know when there’s something I can peek at.

  Any other details you can provide would be appreciated. It does sound as if the problem coincided with the update: are you referring to the update of your iOS, or your WordPress app?

  Could you make certain that you have most recent updates of both?

  Hello, thanks you for such a fast response. After posting this question I went to the iPhone app and realized that many other’s had posted reviews about this very problem. I do have the most recent update for the wordpress app but not iOS. At any rate when I went to grab a screenshot from my phone, all my notifications had updated. I’m not sure if this means I’m now getting notifications, or if they just took a few days to update. As far as I can tell, I haven’t done anything differently since I posted my problem on the forum. I went ahead an loaded the screen shots up from both my phone and desktop. Hope this helps in resolving the issue.
