Notifications of likes and comments given, but not received.

Glitches started on Oct. 19 for no apparent reason. Last 2 personal posts not showing on my feeder. Comments and likes not registering after notification arrival lights up with orange dot pop-up. Some notification over two days late. Can’t communicate effectively with fellow bloggers with this going on.
