notifications sent to wrong email

I changed my email long ago, after I retired, to simplify my life, but you still send notifications of premium payments to the old email. I have looked at my account and it has the correct address, so I don’t know where the old email is hiding.
Most other things, like notifications of comment moderation, etc., you send to the correct email.
How can I find the error and correct it? Obviously, I couldn’t find the correct support online and had to make this thread.
