Notifications to my followers not working on private blog

    My followers are able to receive notifications of my posts in their WP Reader and emails but are not receiving notifications of MY replies to their comments on my private blog (quixoticfaith.wordpress.com)

    I read somewhere else about adding a Plug In called Subscribe2, however when I go into my Plugins there is no search option and says I cannot add any plugins.

    Could you help so that I can dialogue with my readers about my posts? Thanks!
