The Notifications window by the upper right corner of my screen is pulling up nothing. No comments, follows, nothing. Even after I signed out and back in.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

this issue may be a different one but it is related
I have received no notifications for the last 24 hours, using the button at top right of screen. I noticed that I have comments to what I have written that DO show in the comments i’ve made sections. I AM still showing older notifications and my activities. I use windows 7 and firefox 22.0, oh nuts what I clicked upon the help to see what version of firefox, it is updating. I’ll come back if I lose the entire notifications list when the update takes.

The firefox update did NOT make a difference. I am only missing notifications from yesterday to current.

Hopefully, everyone here has done the obvious, which is everything that follows below:
1. If you are not running one of the browsers and versions listed at http://browsehappy.com/ please try upgrading or switching first.
2. If you are using an IE browser in compatibility mode please disable that mode. http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1196-internet-explorer-compatibility-view-turn-off.html
3. If you are running one of the browsers and versions listed at http://browsehappy.com/
(a) Try clearing your browser’s cache http://www.google.com/support/accounts/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=32050
If applicable see here for instructions on how to clear the cache for Chrome and Safari on the iPad:
http://browsers.about.com/od/howtousemobilebrowser1/ss/safari-ipad-clear-cache.htm
http://browsers.about.com/od/howtousemobilebrowser1/ss/How-To-Clear-Browsing-Data-In-Chrome-For-Ipad_6.htm(b) Make sure that you have both third-party cookies enabled and JavaScript enabled
http://en.support.wordpress.com/third-party-cookies/
http://www.google.com/adsense/support/bin/answer.py?answer=12654(c) Disable all browser extensions or add-ons temporarily.
(d) Try enabling HTTPS: http://en.support.wordpress.com/https/
Add both *.wordpress.com and *.wp.com to your list of trusted sites under the Security tab. Make sure to uncheck the box for “Require server verification (https:) for all sites in this zone.” http://en.support.wordpress.com/https/#frequently-asked-questions
4. If you are not successful let us know:
(a) Exactly which browser (and version of it) you’re using by checking here if necessary http://www.whatbrowser.org/
(b) And what any error reports you receive state. -
P.S. Please post the results of your troubleshooting as per what I posted above. I’ll tag this thread for Staff assistance. Please subscribe to the thread so you are notified when they respond and be patient while waiting.

I followed all of the directions above.
I am/was using the updated Firefox 23. I had the issue and then updated and same issue.
The only change that I had to make was clicking on the http thing. I did as requested, this made no difference whatever. It’s HORRID for page loading. I have never used this option before and the item was working. I will wait to remove this setting until after ‘staff’ get to look at it. (if someone can convince me that I want to wait longer than I do, due to not being able to load faster than a 1, no matter how fast my internet paid amount is, I might leave it clicked on :)Thanks for the nice, non-judgemental check list, it does save time and confusion. I appreciate it.

oh, coco ginger was the last follow and notification to show…for a time and a reference point..
-
-
ok, I got one follow that DID show added from this morning(august17), but the missing ones are not there, I haven’t yet checked for comments
-
ok I am getting comments and likes and adds notifications, the few missing haven’t shown up but I think I have tracked them all down. I think my issue was a glitch and is corrected now.
