notifiying others when I add an article on a new "page"

  I am having trouble figuring out how to notify others – on my e-mail list – when I put up a new article on a “page” and not on a “post”. I am only writing articles on pages. My home page is being kept clean of posts.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
