  my website http://www.craftedbynick.com/ can’t received a notification email for comment on post. I already setting all like this http://en.support.wordpress.com/email-notifications/
  why email still not received?? please help!

  craftedbynick.com isn’t hosted on WordPress.com, so we won’t be able to help you here.

  Just to clarify, WordPress.com (where we are) and WordPress are entirely separate. If you need help with a standalone install of the WP software, you need to post over at https://wordpress.org/support/ If you don’t have a username account there, you’ll need to register one.
