  What exactly do you need help with? As you are a Premium Plan customer, you can also contact live chat support using the help icon appearing on the My Sites dashboard, rather than posting in our public forums.

  Okay. I didn’t know about the chat.
  Anyway, there is an email checkbox once the topic is submitted and in REPLIES , but NOT in the new thread page. Well that’s what I see

  Thanks for the screen shots. It appears that option is only visible for admin and moderator users, not for regular members.

  I can’t find a way to change that myself, so this is likely something a developer will need to do. I’ll follow up on that.
