notify users of new blog posts

  I’m using the free version of WordPress for a blog. Is there a way to notify users subscribed to my blog when there is a new post to the blog?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Your subscribers will be notified of any new posts automatically. You don’t have to do anything.
