How to notify WP that i want to cancel my domain?
It says here that “If you notify us within two days of purchase you may cancel a domain name purchased through WordPress.com and receive a full refund. After cancellation, there is no guarantee that the domain will become available to register somewhere else and you may not be able to get it back.”
Then how to notify them?

Log in to the account for which you purchased the domain. Then you can request a refund from the store section on your dashboard:

the “cancel” or “refund” button doesn’t appear in the store section on my dashboard.
It says on your link that if the button doesn’t appear, “contact support to request a refund” but the link hidden in “contact support” goes straight to the FAQ -
Laureline and myself are both admistrators on WordPress. We ask you to find a solution. As we had wrote we have no access to the button allowing us to cancel the transaction made for upgrade WordPress Premium. However the proposed extensions of WordPress Premium do not allow us to develop our web site as desired, in particular on an integration of widgets generated by a base of our regional tourist data. Here is the recording of the payment ( March, 22th at 10:42) that we want cancel:
