notifying follower list with email

I used to have a email list that would get a notice every time I posted something. For some reason this has stopped and I can’t figure out how to set this up again. How can I fix this?

Of what site are you speaking?
Email subscriptions is built into all WordPress.com sites. It’s not something you can or need to set up, and you cannot manually add people to a mailing list for that either – people need to sign up themselves to receive notifications of new posts on your site.
