  How do I notify friends and family of my blog? I thought I saw it when I was surfing through but I can’t seem to find it again.

  Ummm… you could copy and paste the URL into an email, and say: click here to see my blog.

  You can do a forum search by putting the terms you’re looking for in the search box at the top of the forum page.

  Once you notify your friends and family, by following the directions in this link, they will be able to sign up for updates by email which will let them know when you post something new: http://faq.wordpress.com/2006/10/11/how-can-i-offer-email-updates/
