Notifying my followers

    Good morning. And happy Sunday. I have a little private blog and don’t post to it all the time. Is there a setting I can change so when I post something it lets my followers know that a new post was made? Thank you for your help. You can call me at 206-669-6561 or email me at (email visible only to moderators and staff) if it is easier.

    Once readers have followed your blog, they can elect to receive an email each time you post, or to receive daily or weekly digests of all of your new posts. They can also elect to receive no emails, but to read your blog only in the WordPress.com Reader.

    Because your blog is private, your subscribers will not receive any email notifications of your posts.
