Notifying readers of new posts by email
-
I am new to all this, and have just set up my blog. On the bottom of the blog page is a ‘reply’ box, and if someone at least clicks in the box, an option comes up to tick a box to ‘notify me of new posts by email’. This works, because one person has done it. But, it’s quite hidden.
I would like to make this function prominent, but I can’t see how to do it.
And anyone help, please? Many thanks. -
Hi,
Can we have the name of your blog ?
You can add the Follow Blog widget to your site to make it easy for people to subscribe without having to create their own WordPress.com accounts:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/follow-blog-widget/
You can also invite people to follow your site from My Site ->Manage ->People:

Please refer to step by step tutorial on adding Subscriber Pop-up Form.
Please note that these forums are for WordPress.com hosted sites only. If your site is using the open-source WordPress.org software you need to seek help at these forums:

Hey @adarshhalan, I just noticed your responses here got stuck in spam. I deleted the two extras and unspammed the one. If that happens to you, please feel free to just “modlook” us so we can help sooner.
