Notis system doesn't work at all. Not on the blog on my computor or app

Hi!
This must be the third time I have tried to get in contact with your support in different ways. The notis system have seem to fail big time. I dont get any notises at all anymore and this has been a problem from the start of the new layout. About 10% of the comments dont show at all if I don’t go to the comment-box in the old admin page.The same problem if I use the app on my mobiledevice. I get notises that I have new comments and likes, answers on my comments on other peoples blogs, but when I log in the notise-system does not uppdate and there is only old comments and likes.
This make the blog really useless and also I cant seem to comment on sertan blogs, becaus wordpress tells me i have to log in first, the trouble is, I am already logged in and can se my avatar and name below the commentboxes.
This is getting really enoying and worse by the day.What is the problem?

Hi there. A problem with notifications can usually be fixed by clearing your browser’s cache and cookies. Also make sure you have third-party cookies enabled in your browser, otherwise it won’t work correctly: http://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/
