I am trying to install a word press theme that i purchased through Theme forest and I’ve managed to figure my way around to the ‘upload theme’ page but it keeps coming up with an error ‘Comment reply by email allows you to send a reply to a comment directly from the comment notification email.’ how can I resolve this to move on? Thank you

Hi there, only sites with the WordPress.com Business Plan are able to upload custom themes: https://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/adding-new-themes/
Other sites can select themes from the WordPress.com theme directory: https://wordpress.com/themes/
If you let us know what kind of theme you’re looking for, we may be able to give some suggestions. :)
