  Where are the Cpanel Details, and how can I give this to someone to work on? Do you do work, and how much would it be to get the site looking like the Theme?

  Hi there, WordPress.com does not use the cPanel, and we can’t access databases or anything similar.

  You can however invite users to work on your WordPress.com site: https://en.support.wordpress.com/adding-users/

  In regards to your theme, are you trying to make it look like the Bari theme demo? There are plenty methods of support, some paid (with the forums being free), which can help you do this: https://en.support.wordpress.com/help-support-options/
