  We are a US company, but we have servers spread around the world, so your site’s content is not hosted in any specific country.

  Upgrading will have no effect on content already on your site. All upgrading will do is activate extra features in the admin area on your site, but your content will remain exactly as it currently is.

  Thank you for you’re reply. why some people are not use upgrade wordpress plane and use hosting ,domin? and hostgator use and create from wordprees account, what is this both way defferent? please tell me clearly. what is safety and best? wordprees charge from tax for adsence?

  We can not advise you on Google Adsense. You need to discuss those question with their support staff.

  As for your WordPress.com account. You should use the legal address where you live. That geographical location will have no impact on your site performance. As mentioned above, our servers are around the globe.
