ns1.wordpress.com doesn't exist

    I am a second user from the http://thekiind.com/ under the admin of [REDACTED]. We switched the address from dacannaclub.com to http://thekiind.com/, and the main admin has been able to edit through Avada fine so far with the new domain. But every time I click to edit the site with the new domain, this pops up ns1.wordpress.com doesn’t exist. Can you help so that both users can edit the page with the new domain? Thanks.

    Hello there,

    Have you recently changed DNS for the domain http://thekiind.com/ to that of a new host?

    If yes, when approximately was this done? If this was done recently, you would need to wait for 72 hours maximum for that to finish propagating.

    To note, it looks like this site is a self-hosted WordPress site, so our support is limited in this instance.
