  I am contacting on behalf of NTTVC.com – I was able to get into the admin page but not into the account to send you all a message…? Our site is currently showing 2 ‘Home’ tabs as well as an ‘Uncategorized’ tab that had an advertisement for Word Press. I need help fixing this bug because on the admin side it says that only 5 pages exist. Can someone please help us with this? Somewhat urgent.

  I’m afraid that your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with GoDaddy.

  Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so we can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
